We traditionally target government opportunities but since we released our new platform which is open to engineering in the private sector I think we should look to add more digital and web marketing. Campaigns that show our new functionality and how we are opening a new marketplace could get us more leads for sales. Our conversion rate is good but it seems like our incoming leads is not keeping pace. Looking forward to more new leads.
Education has always been our main market but with new features that allow small businesses to use our new offering I think we need a broader approach to how market. Targeting the business savings and ease of use is especially important to the small business market. We have an opportunity to capture much more market if we spread out our marketing.
Our product saves customers time and we don’t seem to get that message out. Time savings for our customers is essentially money in their pocket and the ability to do more. If we could get that message out I think it would improve our brand and company. Both prospects and existing customers should know that our product represents a significant time savings over our customers.
Many of our customers enjoy features on the powerwall in particular. They appreciate the fact that they can house energy produced from their solar panels and continue to use that energy throughout the home even after the sun has gone down and the production stops. This gives the customer that complete utility offset that they have been striving for.
Our customers are fascinated with the mobile application and feature in general that allows them to see how much energy their system produced on an hourly basis day to day. They love the sense of being able to put a number to the production and it puts a smile on their face to know their system is working properly.
